Team Coaching

As a recognized and credentialed coach, I have an infinite belief in your potential, intelligence, energy, and compassion. My mission is to help you create an environment where your team can rise to the challenge, guiding you through discovery of values, to locking in an action plan, to achieving that plan with a fully engaged team.

Strategic Work

I love helping organizations clarify wise investments at the evaluation stage. I have developed custom tools to unblock decision-making around data systems selection, partnership opportunities and strategic goals. With over 15 years experience in project management and meeting facilitation, I can help organizations raise the bar on managing teams, offering varied support from creating project plans or leading meetings and retreats.

Hands-on

Sometimes an organization just needs shrewd, hands-on analysis of the existing data. I have an affinity for crunching numbers and guiding organizations towards conclusions that reveal hidden opportunities. I have developed training materials and delivered training sessions to the for-profit, non-profit and government sectors. I routinely partner with organizations on an operational level as well; building job descriptions, facilitating software selection, crafting staff communications and more.

Betsy Block is Founder and Principal at B3 Consults, where she serves social sector organizations seeking growth and strategic direction. Betsy has over 25 years of experience working with both individuals and organizations in every sector you can imagine, but always focused on building bridges between technical and non-technical thinkers. Betsy’s unique approach brings all the tools of data & program evaluation in harmony with the heart and intuition-led world of coaching, to increase the impact of results-driven organizations. Betsy also serves on the board of the Women’s Cancer Resource Center and regularly teaches courses for Mills College Public Policy M.P.P. students. Betsy has an M.P.P. from the Goldman School of Public Policy, and is certified by the International Coach Federation.
